San Rafael Citywide Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan Update: Full Draft Now Available

The Project Team for the Citywide Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan (CBPP) Update is excited to share the full draft plan!

Please note that there will not be an official public engagement period for the full draft plan. We will be accepting comments regarding the plan via email to [email protected] and [email protected] until 6/15/26. If you are interested in learning more about the draft plan, the CBPP project team will be presenting at the next Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) Meeting on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 6PM.
