The Cadillac Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting of Monday, July 28, 2025, at 6:00p.m. for the receipt of comment on an application filed by Munger Ventures LLC-Robert Munger, owner of the property located at parcel number 10-105-00-027-01, on Kentucky Ave, for sketch plan approval for a Special Land Use Residential Planned Unit Development (R-PUD) Site Condominium.
