Facilitated Dialogue Evaluation Methodology

This methodology presents a bottom-up approach to the evaluation of facilitated dialogue processes. It was elaborated by Ukrainian experts based on practical experience at different levels. The publication presents practical tools for evaluating the quality of dialogue process, assessing initial results and identifying impact. The methodology is a useful tool for dialogue practitioners, evaluation experts and project managers. It may be of interest to donors, international and local civil society organizations using dialogues for strengthening social cohesion and resilience of Ukrainian people and local communities amid the war.

The facilitated dialogue evaluation methodology was developed as part of the project "Building Dialogue and Mediation Capacity for Conflict Prevention and Resolution" implemented by the OSCE Support Program for Ukraine in co-operation with the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service, the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and the National Association of Mediators of Ukraine in 2022-2025 with extrabudgetary financial support from OSCE participating States and partners. Please see the full list of donors here.

Publication is available in Ukrainian language.
