PROACTIVE SAFETY IN ACTION: HAZARD HUNT AT THE MALTA BASE

Last week, during our STOP for Safety session, the Malta team conducted a Hazard Hunt involving 71 employees around the warehouse vicinity. The initiative provided an effective opportunity for colleagues at the Malta base to identify and document workplace hazards using our SHOC cards, resulting in an impressive 72 submissions following the session.
The Hazard Hunt serves as an important tool for identifying risks that may otherwise be overlooked in familiar work environments. Often, hazards go unnoticed because they become part of the everyday surroundings or are missed within the bigger picture of an area.
We concluded the session by recognizing outstanding safety engagement, congratulating Clayton Bugeja (Procurement Officer) and Carlo Portelli (Material Coordinator) for submitting the top bi-weekly SHOC cards for June.
