Major Crash Team Investigating a Pedestrian-Involved Crash on NE Lombard St

A pedestrian is in the hospital with life threatening injuries following a crash on Northeast Lombard Street and Northeast 13th Avenue. During the investigation, Northeast Lombard Street is closed between Northeast 11th Avenue and Northeast 15th Avenue.

On Sunday, October 26, 2025 at 4:17 a.m., Portland Police officers assigned to North Precinct responded to a report of a crash involving a pedestrian and vehicle. When they arrived, they located an injured adult male pedestrian, who was transported to the hospital by ambulance with life-threatening injuries. The involved driver remained at the scene and is talking to police.
The Portland Police Traffic Division Major Crash Team responded to assume the investigation. During the investigation, Northeast Lombard Street is closed between Northeast 11th Avenue and Northeast 15th Avenue.
