Home Newsroom Attorney General Labrador's Office Arrests Canyon County Man for Alleged Enticement of a Child
BOISE, ID - Attorney General Raúl Labrador has announced that investigators with his Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit arrested 41-year-old Thoren Spearow on 3/6/2026, on 5 counts of possession of child exploitation material. Spearow is a Registered Sex Offender. The charges listed above are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The ICAC Unit was assisted in this arrest by Idaho Probation and Parole, Valley County Sheriff's Office, and Canyon County Sheriff's Office.

The Attorney General's ICAC Unit works with the Idaho ICAC Task Force, a coalition of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, to investigate and prosecute individuals who use the internet to criminally exploit children.
