Menifee Street Project and Construction Updates - Week of March 10, 2025

The City has project and construction updates to share with the community.

*COMPLETED* McCall Boulevard and Sun City Boulevard - City Capital Improvement Project

The City has completed roadwork on McCall Boulevard at Sun City Boulevard. All lanes are now open.

Rouse Road from Encanto Drive to Myles Court - Road Closure

Lennar Development will be closing Rouse Road from Encanto Drive to Myles Court as they continue construction work in that area. Temporary traffic control and detours will be provided. This work will continue through the end of March.

Domenigoni Parkway - Underground Utility Work

Banner Park II continues work on underground utilities on Domenigoni Parkway. Traffic control will be in place throughout the week of March 14. Motorists should expect delays during the week.
