Police Department Announces St. Patrick's Day DUI Enforcement Results
(Fox Lake, IL) - The Fox Lake Police Department announced it made 4 DUI arrests, 2 driving while license revoked arrests, 1 driving while license suspended arrest, and issued 10 speeding citations, 19 Equipment violation citations, and 5 uninsured motor vehicle citations during the St. Patrick's Day enforcement period.
"We strongly enforce traffic laws for one reason - to save lives," said Chief Dawn DeServi
TheFox Lake Police Department joined forces with state and local law enforcement and highway safety partners in the St. Patrick's Day enforcement campaign.
The safety effort was funded by federal highway safety funds administered by the Illinois Department of Transportation.
