The asset sold for $6,600,000.

The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by RJ Vara, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap's Seattle office

GTS Interior Supply is located at 2010 West Casino Road in Everett, WA. The property closed below a 5% cap rate, navigated significant deferred maintenance during escrow and was sold to an out-of-state investor. The Seller arranged a 1031 up leg which will achieve a 209% net cash flow increase.
