ROUNDABOUT CONSTRUCTION ON THE INTERSECTION OF SR 74 AND SR 42

WHAT: GDOT contractors will transition into Stage 3 of construction for the new roundabout at the intersection of SR 74 and SR 42 in Monroe County.The traffic shift will begin on December 17, 2025, beginning at 8 am

WHEN: December 17, 2025, at 8 am

WHERE: SR 74/SR 42, Monroe County

Advisory: Motorists are advised to expect delays, exercise caution, and reduce their speed while traveling through work zones. Before heading out, get real-time information on work status and traffic conditions. Call 511, visit 511ga.org, or download the Georgia 511 app.
