CHANDLER, Ariz. - The City of Chandler Housing and Redevelopment Division is opening its public housing waitlist for three-, four- and five-bedroom family sizes. Pre-applications will be accepted starting at noon Friday, April 3. All completed applications must be submitted by the deadline at noon Friday, April 17.
Interested applicants can pre-apply online at Apply for Chandler Housing. Applicants must complete both steps of the process - first create an online account and second complete a pre-application. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
From the pool of all-pre-applications submitted, 350 pre-applications will be placed on the waitlist by random selection ("lottery"). Pre-applicants not selected will have to reapply for assistance when the waitlist is open again.

This waitlist is only for existing public housing sites and not the Villas on McQueen property. The waitlist for Villas on McQueen will open in late April.
To qualify for the Public Housing program, the total gross household income must not exceed: 1 person-$62,850, 2 persons-$71,800, 3 persons-$80,800, 4 persons-$89,750, 5 persons-$96,950, 6 persons-$104,150, 7 persons-$111,300, 8 persons-$118,500, 9 persons-$125,650, 10 persons-$132,850.
