Starting on Monday, September 22, 2025, the City's contractor, PCI, will begin the reconstruction of Windsor Drive from Knoll Ridge Drive to a point approximately 150 feeteast of Laurinda Drive. In order for the contractor to begin pavement removal, a full road closurewill be required. The planned work for this street includes removal of existing pavement, removal of existing driveway approaches, replacement of watermain, new subdrain installation, new concrete pavement, new concrete driveway approaches, and sod from the back of new curb to the front edge of the sidewalk or right-of-way limits. The road closure will be in effect for approximately five (5) weeks, depending on the weather. Below you will find a map with the closure area highlighted.
For safety's sake, please stay away from the construction area. Heavy equipment will be moving back and forth on the closed street. It would be advisable to stay behind the sidewalk on the property side during the reconstruction work.
