Wayne Bank Promotes Lizbeth Lamont to Community Office Manager

Jim Donnelly, President and Chief Executive Officer of Wayne Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Lizbeth Lamont to Community Office Manager of the Marshall's Creek Branch.

In her new role, Lizbeth is responsible for managing the Marshall's Creek office, ensuring the branch meets and exceeds the financial needs of Wayne Bank customers. She oversees daily branch operations, supervises and mentors staff, drives sales and business growth, and builds strong relationships within the community. Lizbeth has more than 20 years of customer service experience, and 12 years of banking experience. She holds a degree in English Education.

Lizbeth is very active in her community and heavily involved with her church. She serves as a Pastoral Council member, Faith Formation teacher, and Hospitality Ministry member. She enjoys volunteering in her free time, teaching English as a second language, and participating in local clean-up days and events held by Middle Smithfield Township. Lizbeth lives in East Stroudsburg with her husband, Omar, 13-year-old daughter, Grace, and 8-year-old son, Omar Joseph. Her family loves to travel and learn about different cultures, experiencing different perspectives, seeking adventure, and embracing connections.
