On January 15, 2025, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Sadaryl A. Parham, age 29, last known address of 21 Princeton Avenue 2nd Floor, Providence, Rhode Island, on the following: 1) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Pawtucket Police Department for Domestic Vandalism and Violation of No-Contact Order; 2) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Pawtucket Police Department for Obstructing a Court Order; 3) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Pawtucket Police Department for Domestic Assault and Domestic Vandalism; 4) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Pawtucket Police Department for Obstructing a Court Order; 5) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Pawtucket Police Department for Violation of No-Contact Order; 6) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Pawtucket Police Department for Domestic Violence; and 7) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Providence Police Department for Violation of a Court Order. Mr. Parham was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Pawtucket Police Department pending arraignment.

On January 15, 2025, members of the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Jonathan Mosher, age 43, of 27 Vernon Road Apt B, Medway, Massachusetts, for the following: 1) Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule I - V Controlled Substance (Suboxone); 2) Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule I - V Controlled Substance (Adderall); 3) Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule I - V Controlled Substance (Adderall); 4) Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule I - V Controlled Substance (Adderall); and 5) Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule I - V Controlled Substance (Fentanyl). Mr. Mosher was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment.

On January 15, 2025, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Hector Nunez, age 32, of 685 East Avenue #2B, Warwick, Rhode Island, for Indecent Solicitation of a Child. Mr. Nunez was transported to the Wickford Barracks for processing, then to Kent District Court for arraignment. Mr. Nunez was arraigned by the Honorable Judge O'Neill, who issued $10,000 surety bail with conditions of no unsupervised contact with minors and limited internet use. Mr. Nunez was held as a Superior Court probation violator on an original charge of First-Degree Child Molestation and is a Level 2 Sex Offender.

On January 15, 2025, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Anthony Patti, age 37, of 14 Steere Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Alteration of Marks of Identification on Firearms; 2) Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons Prohibited; 3) Possession of a Firearm While Committing a Controlled Substance Violation; 4) Large-Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited; 5) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Fentanyl; 6) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Cocaine; 7) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Adderall; and 8) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule III Controlled Substance - Clonazepam. Mr. Patti was transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing, special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and turned over to the ACI Intake Center pending his morning arraignment in Sixth Division District Court.

On January 15, 2025, the Special Victims Unit arrested Jeffrey Beskid, age 53, of 11 Reservoir Avenue, Warren, Rhode Island, for Video Voyeurism. Mr. Beskid was later arraigned and released by a Justice of the Peace with a future court date.

On January 15, 2025, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested George Siradze, age 31, of 86 Beacon Avenue 1st Floor, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession of a Machine Gun; 2) Modification of a Semi-Automatic Weapon; 3) Possession of a Ghost Gun; 4) Possession of a Sawed-Off Rifle; 5) Possession of a Firearm While Committing a Controlled Substance Violation; 5) Possession of a Firearm While Committing a Controlled Substance Violation; 6) Possession of a Firearm While Committing a Controlled Substance Violation; 7) Large-Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited; 8) Large-Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited; 9) Large-Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited; 10) Large-Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited; 11) Large-Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited; 12) Large-Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited; 13) Large-Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited; 14) Large-Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited; 15) Possession of 1oz - 1kilogram of a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Cocaine; 16) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Cocaine; 17) Possession of over 5 kilograms of a Schedule I Controlled Substance - Marijuana; 18) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule I Controlled Substance - Marijuana; and 19) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule I Controlled Substance - Psylocibin Mushrooms. Mr. Siradze was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and turned over to the ACI Intake Center pending his morning arraignment in Sixth 6th Division District Court.
