Town of Carroll - Water System Improvements Project
Negative Declaration
Chautauqua County - The Town of Carroll, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Carroll Water System Improvements Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves various upgrades to the Town of Carroll's existing water system, the Frewsburg Water District. Improvements may involve water main replacement, locating and developing an additional water source, water source and treatment improvements, water storage tank improvements, metering improvements, and various other water system improvements. The project is located at 5 Main Street in Frewsburg in the Town of Carroll, New York.
