Material Event (Form 8-K)

The ILPT Industrial Portfolio Mortgage Loan, which constituted approximately 2.0% of the asset pool of the issuing entity as of its cut-off date, is an asset of the issuing entity and is part of a loan combination that is being serviced and administered under the pooling and servicing agreement, dated as of November 1, 2019, relating to the Morgan Stanley Capital I Trust 2019-L3 filed as Exhibit 4.4 to the registrant's Current Report on Form 8-K/A filed on January 6, 2020 (the "MSC 2019-L3 PSA"). Pursuant to Section 7.01(d) of the MSC 2019-L3 PSA, Situs Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, was removed as special servicer of the ILPT Industrial Portfolio Mortgage Loan and Argentic Services Company LP ("Argentic"), a Delaware limited partnership, was appointed as the successor special servicer of the ILPT Industrial Portfolio Mortgage Loan under the MSC 2019-L3 PSA.

In the interest of transaction management, this Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of September 21, 2026, the ILPT Industrial Portfolio Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the MSC 2019-L3 PSA, by Argentic.
