CM/ECF Will Be Offline From 5:00 PM 4/10/2026 until 9:00 AM 4/13/2026

On Friday April 10, 2026 beginning at 5:00 PM, the CM/ECF system of the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas will be unavailable while scheduled maintenance is performed. The system is expected to be up and running on Monday April 13, 2026 at 9:00 AM. During the maintenance period, users will be unable to view or file documents in the Kansas Bankruptcy Court's CM/ECF system, and PACER access to Kansas Bankruptcy Court documents will also be unavailable.

If you have a time-sensitive or emergency filing that needs to be filed while the system is offline, you may email it to the appropriate divisional office. These email addresses are monitored during regular business hours, and the date and time that the email was received will be noted:
