DPM Zogović meets with EU Ambassador to Montenegro Johann Sattler

Deputy Prime Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development Milun Zogović met with Ambassador of the European Union to Montenegro Johann Sattler.

In a comprehensive discussion, Deputy Prime Minister Zogović reaffirmed the Montenegrin Government's strong commitment to EU accession, underscoring that the measurable progress achieved on the European path reflects the dedication of both the stable parliamentary majority and the Government. He emphasised that both the legislative and executive branches are working diligently to meet all the necessary conditions to close the remaining negotiation chapters.

Ambassador Sattler expressed his satisfaction with the cooperation and welcomed the Government's ambitious plan regarding the closure of the remaining chapters. He added that this process requires political stability, discipline, and hard work, assuring that Montenegro can count on the full support of him and his team at the EU Delegation.
