Arthur D. Little (ADL) today announced the appointment of Karine Samama as a Partner in its Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS) practice. As a leading figure in life sciences innovation, Karine brings over 25 years of strategy and operations consulting to the firm. Based in ADL's Paris office, her expertise will help scale the company's biotech, pharmaceutical and medtech business both in France and more widely.
Karine has a career spanning leading firms in the life sciences sector, including Deloitte, AEC Partners, and IQVIA's Global Consulting group, where she served as Vice President and Global Account Director for a major strategic client. She also held a senior leadership role at Microsoft France, serving as Senior Director of Strategy for Healthcare and Life Sciences.
In addition to her corporate roles, Karine actively contributes to the broader healthcare ecosystem. She is President of French healthcare association ACIP Santé. She also serves on the advisory boards of several biotech companies and is a sought-after speaker at healthtech conferences. Her experience spans the entire pharma and healthcare value chain with a focus on portfolio review, market access and digital transformation.

Karine holds a Master's in Business Administration and Economics from Université Jean Moulin - Lyon 3, an Executive Master's in Energy and Environmental Economics from ENI Corporate University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from IAE Lyon, and is a graduate of INSEAD's Young Managers Program.
