Delmarva Power Celebrates Natural Gas Utility Workers Who Keep Communities Safe and Comfortable

On Natural Gas Utility Workers' Day, Delmarva Power proudly recognizes the dedicated employees who work around the clock to deliver safe, reliable and affordable natural gas to communities across northern Delaware.

Observed annually on March 18, Natural Gas Utility Workers' Day honors the essential men and women who are responsible for maintaining more than 3,600 miles of natural gas mains and service lines, serving more than 140,000 customers in New Castle County. These skilled employees respond to emergencies, conduct routine inspections, and perform critical maintenance work that keeps natural gas flowing safely and efficiently throughout the year.
