A public hearing to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Rickey White, #698706

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Rickey White, #698706. The hearing will be conducted via video using Microsoft Teams.

Rickey White was sentenced to two terms of 3 months to 30 years for the crime of False Pretenses-$1,000 or More but Less Than $20,000 - Habitual 4th (two counts), and to a term of 23 years, 4 months to 40 years for the crime of Criminal Enterprise-Conducting - Habitual 4th. Rickey White was sentenced on October 3, 2012, out of Oakland County.

Caitlin McGinn, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.
