Nominations for the 2026 FHLBank Indianapolis Board of Directors election will open June 25, 2026, and close July 27, 2026, at 5 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). Open positions include one Indiana member directorship, one Michigan member directorship, and one independent directorship.

Nominations for Indiana and Michigan Member Director candidates

FHLBank Indianapolis members in Indiana and Michigan (as of Dec. 31, 2025) will have the opportunity to nominate Member Director candidates. Nominators also must submit documentation demonstrating their institution's board authority to submit the nomination. See the sample form of a nominating resolution.

Each member's designated election contact should have received an email that confirms your institution's election point of contact, along with the form of nominating resolution, which can be returned by email to [email protected].

Upon nominations opening on June 25, your institution's election point of contact will receive an electronic communication from the Bank's election coordinator, Survey and Ballot Systems ([email protected]), with a unique login to complete an electronic nomination certificate.

Nominations for Independent Director candidates

Individuals who wish to be considered for the slate of Independent Director nominees must submit a completed application form no later than July 27, 2026, at 5 p.m. (ET). A copy of the Federal Home Loan Bank Application Form is available here.
