Bridge Work on I-95 North and Southbound in Darien and Stamford

The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing bridge work will be performed on I-95 in Darien and Stamford between Exits 6 and 10 northbound, and between Exits 10 and 6 southbound. This project is scheduled to occur on Monday, July 6 and be completed on Friday, September 11, 2026. This project ensures the bridges remain in a state of good repair.

This project is being performed by Dynamic Surface Applications LTD.

LANE CLOSURE/DETOUR INFO

There will be various alternating lane closures on I-95 from Monday, July 6 to Friday, September 11, 2026 from 7:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Sign patterns, crash attenuators with arrow boards, and State Police will guide motorists through the work zone.

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
