Volunteer with the City of League City

If you're looking for a way to give back to your community, the City of League City has a variety of volunteer opportunities for residents of all ages, interests, and skill levels. • League City Animal Care: Take care of adoptable animals, provide clerical assistance, or help with pet training programs and play groups. Learn more.
  
• Helen Hall Library: Assist with programs and activities, organize materials, or provide operational support. Learn more.
  
• Parks and Recreation: Help with senior or adaptive programs, step-up as a coach, or assist with special events. Learn more.
  
• Public Safety: Support the League City Police Department through their Volunteers in Policing program. This program requires all applicants to have completed Citizen Police Academy. The next Citizen Police Academy begins on August 14, 2025. Learn more.
  
• Community Events: Events like White Linen Night, July 3 Fireworks Extravaganza, Nutcracker in the Park, EcoFest, and more all require help from volunteers. Learn more.
