New York, NY (October 13, 2025) - Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP today announced that Hamesh Khatkar will join as a partner in the Private Equity Practice Group in the Firm's London office. Hamesh represents the world's leading private equity sponsors and sovereign wealth funds on cross-border M&A and corporate transactions across numerous industries. He will join from Kirkland & Ellis.
