Scion Joins Existing Owner to Optimize Performance at 4 Missouri Communities

The Scion Group, the largest owner-operator of off-campus student housing in North America, is pleased to welcome four Columbia, Missouri communities together known as the Element Communities, totaling 1,613 beds and serving the University of Missouri market.

In partnership with the existing equity owner, affiliates of The Scion Group will invest in the assets and serve as property manager, applying Scion's best-in-class management platform to achieve optimal resident experience and financial performance.

The four unique communities, three located adjacent to the University of Missouri campus and one in nearby downtown Columbia, provide and array of high-quality off-campus living options for university students, with modern amenities that support academic success and enhance student life.
