On behalf of the United States of America, I congratulate the people of Uganda on the 63rd anniversary of Uganda's independence on October 9. Together, we have worked to strengthen regional security, promote bilateral trade, and enhance global public health.
We extend our best wishes for the people of Uganda and look forward to building a stronger partnership in the coming year.
