The MEMIC Group Welcomes Jessica Czel to its Loss Control Team

Portland, ME - The MEMIC Group, the third-largest multi-state workers' compensation specialist in the United States, welcomes Jessica Czel to its Loss Control team. She brings more than five years of experience as a safety professional to her role as Loss Control Consultant II.

Czel began her career through safety-focused internships, which led to a full-time role as a Risk Solutions Consultant with a large insurance company. Her background spans a range of industries, including experience as an Environmental Health and Safety Manager at a food manufacturing company in Massachusetts and as an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist II at a government-contracted small arms manufacturer in New Hampshire.

"Jessica's approachability is something you can't teach, and it's an essential skill for effective consulting in the field. I am confident she will build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders during her career at MEMIC," said Alexis Flink, Loss Control Manager.

Czel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Safety and Occupational Health Applied Sciences from Keene State College and is currently pursuing a master's degree in the same field. She also holds the Graduate Safety Practitioner (GSP®) certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.

Outside of work, Czel enjoys skiing, running, cycling, and Pilates.
