Description:

The County of Sonoma is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposal for 2028 Sonoma County Community Health Assessment (CHA) and 2029-2032 Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) Collaboration. This RFP is to produce the 2028 Sonoma County Community Health Assessment and the 2029-2032 Community Health Improvement Plan. Services required to support this objective include, but are not limited to: project management, stakeholder collaboration, community engagement, research, data analysis, report writing, graphic design, data visualization, language translation, digital repurposing, web publishing, and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility requirements.

Living Wage:

The living wage rate required under the County's Living Wage Ordinance (LWO) has increased. Effective July 1, 2026, the living wage rate required under the LWO shall be $23.84 per hour. The adjustment was adopted by the County's Board of Supervisors on December 12, 2023, in accordance with Sonoma Municipal Code section 2-377(d). All covered employees must be paid at least the increased living wage rate.
