The DC Housing Authority (DCHA) is sharing an important update about our current operations status.
Staff are regaining access to DCHA computers in phases to ensure the safe and effective restoration of our operations. As those phases continue, the number of staff with full access to DCHA computers will increase.
As of today, July 9, our Customer Service Centers are providing full service for DCHA customers with a limited number of staff. You may experience slower response times as we work to restore access to DCHA computers for all staff.
The DCHA Call Center returned to normal operations on July 8.
Please expect wait times due to high call volume. Callers may choose the callback option and we'll hold your place in line and return your call in the order it was received.

Public Housing residents: Due to high call volume, please first visit the on-site property management office or call your community's Property Manager for assistance.
