GDOT will perform maintenance work on I-85 Northbound until Fall

Coweta County: The Georgia Department of Transportation (Georgia DOT) announces maintenance operations along Interstate 85 between Milepost 55, commencing in the fall. This maintenance extends to the Northbound shoulder lanes of I-85, specifically between mile marker 55. The scheduled work hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The completion of this project is projected for Fall 2026.

ADVISORY: Dates may change due to weather or other factors. Motorists are advised to expect delays, exercise caution, and reduce their speed while traveling through work zones.
