As part of improvements at the intersection of E. 11th St. and S. Pittsburg Ave., the traffic signal is temporarily out of service.
During this time, the intersection will operate as a four-way stop with flashing signals to ensure the safety and efficiency of traffic flow. The outage is scheduled to last until 4 p.m.
