La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2026-00008797 de 24 de abril de 2026, resolvió CANCELAR en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores la inscripción de los valores emitidos por la compañía SEMVRA-VECONSA S.A. cuya oferta pública de la SEXTA EMISIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES DE CORTO PLAZO O PAPEL COMERCIAL que fue autorizada mediante resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2023-00039901 del 13 de junio de 2023 por el monto de hasta USD $15'000.000,00 amparada por garantía general, la cual ha sido cancelada en su totalidad.
