PCEF staff and Committee are conducting a first annual Climate Investment Plan (CIP) review to ensure the CIP remains responsive and aligned with evolving program experience, community needs and climate priorities.
This update process provides a framework for how the program can incorporate lessons learned, align outcomes and goals, and optimize resource allocation. As we are still early in this CIP period, not all programs are implemented yet. The focus in this initial update cycle is on creating a replicable framework for evaluation and making limited adjustments based on early program performance data.
Current revenue projections from the City Budget Office anticipate no additional revenue within this five-year CIP period. As a result, funding adjustments in this CIP update cycle are limited to reallocating funds among existing program areas rather than expanding overall resources.
We invite you to review the proposed updates to the CIP and share your thoughts. The comment period is open now through 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 5.
