NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF THE MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD Eff. 4/25/2025

On February 6, 2025, the Marijuana Control Board adopted regulations in 3 AAC 306. The regulations concern removing batch limits for clones or cuttings.

The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed, and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on March 26, 2025, and are effective on April 25, 2025. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.

The regulation changes will first appear in Register 254, July 2025, of the Alaska Administrative Code.

Updated unofficial regulations will be posted on AMCO's website no later than 4/25/2025.
