Safe Streets for All Action Plan: Request for Public Comment

In 2022, the City of Dayton requested and earned a Safe Streets for All (SS4A) Planning Grant to develop a SS4A Comprehensive Safety Action Plan. When fully implemented, an SS4A Plan can make a big difference in modernizing and improving local streets for all users, including drivers and passengers, commercial users, cyclists, and pedestrians.

This SS4A federal program was created by the "Bipartisan Infrastructure Law" of 2021 and supports systematic approaches for preventing deaths and serious injuries on the nation's roadways.

Dayton's Road Safety Action Plan cannot be successful without input from those who travel Dayton's roadways.
