TSA team

Sometimes it is important to give a compliment when this is really deserved. Just picture this:

today has been a horrible day. Bad news, difficult situations at the office, your boss needs to talk with you, etcetera , etcetera, etcetera. What a day!

You are now in the line to TSA to check your documents and you find a serious gentleman and you provide him with your documents. He is so kind it makes you smile.

Afterwards, when I was checking my luggage, I found him again in the line for checking computers and electronics. With very good Spanish, we share some words, and I found he is even more kind that I was thinking.

I can say confidently that he made my day, with his kindness and excellent service.

Please, if you do not mind, extend my gratitude to George Bush Intercontinental/ Houston Airport (IAH) TSA Officer Curtis Archer that has been an excellent example of service and put the TSA's brand very high.
