KINGSTON, ON - Queen's University will welcome The Honourable Anita Anand (Artsci'89), Canada's Minister of Foreign Affairs for a fireside chat on Thursday, March 5.
The event, titled From Davos to Delivery: Turning Global Commitments into Canadian Action, will be a wide-ranging discussion focused on foreign policy and Anand's career journey. In a conversation moderated by Ann Tierney, Vice-Provost, Global Engagement at Queen's University, Minister Anand is expected to reflect on how her unique lived experiences inform her approach to leadership and global affairs, and the vital role women play in shaping public policy at home and abroad.
