Denver, September 1, 2026 - Proponents of Proposed Initiative #175, "State Revenue Supporting Road Transportation" have withdrawn their initiative from the 2026 General Election Ballot. The initiative will not appear on the ballot as a result.

Proposed Initiative #175 was deemed sufficient to appear on the General Election Ballot on June 23, 2026. Proponents submitted 189,355 total petition signatures. The Elections Division determined that proponents of Proposed Initiative #175 submitted the required number of valid signatures from each senate district, and a total of 143,112 valid signatures.
