27 inducted into Quarter Century Club

Earlier this spring, Marquette celebrated 27 faculty and staff members inducted into the Quarter Century Club, recognizing employees who have served the university for 25 years or more.

The inductees were honored at the Quarter Century Club Annual Dinner, a tradition dating back to 1948, when former president Rev. Edward J. O'Donnell, S.J., shared these dedicated individuals "should be recognized for the heart, soul, energy, and love they all gave to the university over a lifetime."

This year's inductees include:

• Amanda Barske, undergraduate application data processor in Undergraduate Admissions
• Dr. Joseph Best, adjunct associate professor in the School of Dentistry
• Kimberly Bohat, director of service learning in the Center for Teaching and Learning
• Dr. Theresa Burant, clinical associate professor of educational policy and leadership and director of teacher education in the School of Education
• Jeffrey Camosy, project manager in Information Technology Services
• Marvin Conner, equipment cleaner in Campus Recreation
• Megan DeVries, public safety officer with the Marquette University Police Department
• John Fenelon, academic advisor in the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences
• Andrew Fleck, public safety officer with the Marquette University Police Department
• Christopher Gatzke, police sergeant with the Marquette University Police Department
• Timothy Graff, desktop coordinator with Raynor Library
• Dr. Kristin Haglund, professor in the College of Nursing
• Andrew Huber, police officer with the Marquette University Police Department
• Kevin Kaczmarek, police officer with the Marquette University Police Department
• Dr. Kyuil Kim, professor of mechanical engineering in the Opus College of Engineering
• John Kittinger, ITAM administrator in Information Technology Services
• Katie Klamecki, executive assistant to the executive vice president
• Sandra Lukaszewski-Rose, lab supervisor of chemistry in the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences
• Dr. Timothy McMahon, associate professor of history in the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences
• Vicki Meinecke, interlibrary loan technician in Raynor Library
• Katie Mullens, bursar in the Office of the Bursar
• David Newman, director of engineering operations in the Opus College of Engineering
• Kevin Nordmeyer, electronic technician in Facilities, Planning and Management
• Dr. Rebecca Nowacek, professor of English in the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences and co-director of the Ott Writing Center
• Dr. Danille Parker, clinical professor of physical therapy and co-director of clinical education in the College of Health Sciences
• Michael Tindall, student loans account advisor in the Office of the Bursar
• Dr. Edwin Yaz, professor of electrical and computer engineering in the College of Engineering
