Bloomington, IL - Beginning Thursday April 2nd at 6:00 AM E Lincoln Street will be closed in both directions at S Evans to all traffic due to water work. This section of E Lincoln will be reopened as soon as work is completed, estimated to be Wednesday April 8th at 4:00 PM.
