Moira male arrested for criminal mischief

On January 22, 2025, State Police members arrested Joseph J. Norton, age 41, of Moira, NY, for criminal mischief with intent to damage property.

On January 22, 2025, at approximately 10:20 p.m., Troopers responded to State Route 11 in the town of Moira for a criminal mischief complaint. An investigation determined Norton intentionally damaged the victim's door when he kicked it open.

Norton was arrested and processed at SP Malone. Norton was arraigned in the Town of Bangor Court, where he was released on his own recognizance.
