National Student Exchange: 'Opportunity for your students!'
Every year, UAA National Student Exchange sends a handful of undergraduates to study away through the National Student Exchange (NSE) at campuses across the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. UAA NSE is requesting help from UAA faculty to recruit the next group of NSE students.
UAA NSE need your help to recruit the next group of NSE students. Here's what you can do:
Include info about NSE in your start of the semester newsletters and email messages to your undergrads. Here's a short blurb to copy and paste:
"Now is the time to plan your NSE exchange for Fall 2026 and/or Spring 2027! Through NSE, you can study at another school in the U.S., Guam, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands for a semester or year! Check out the 160+ NSE campuses available for exchange. Take new courses. Meet new people. Expand your networks. NSE is affordable and accessible, and credits transfer back easily into your degree. Learn more at an NSE Info Session or email [email protected]. Begin your NSE application anytime. The priority application deadline for the 2026-27 school year is Feb. 15.

Share this information with individual students you think would benefit from NSE. NSE can accommodate virtually any major/minor, and basic eligibility requirements can be found here .
