ADVISORY - HARRISBURG -Secretary of the Commonwealth to Honor Pennsylvania High Schools, Student Poll Workers with Governor's Civic Engagement Awards

Secretary of the Commonwealth Al Schmidt will hold a press conference to honor 35 high schools that won Governor's Civic Engagement Awards (GCEA) for their student-led efforts to register their eligible peers to vote during the 2025-26 school year.
Secretary Schmidt will also highlight that 641 juniors and seniors from high schools across eight counties will receive GCEA student poll worker awards for volunteering during the November 2025 election.
