Missouri Corn is pleased to award a 2026 Missouri Corn Scholarship to Zada Ketchum of Downing. Ketchum will receive a $1,000 scholarship to help pay for her continuing education.
Zada is the daughter of Jenna Ketchum and the late Jesse Ketchum. She is a senior at Scotland County High School and plans to attend Northwest Missouri State University, where she will study agriculture education.
This is the thirtieth year Missouri Corn Scholarships have been available for high school and college students. High school applicants must be in their senior year and Missouri residents from a Missouri farm or rural area. They must also plan to attend a two- or four-year college or university and major in an agriculture field. College applicants must also be Missouri residents from a Missouri farm or rural area and be a junior enrolled in a four-year college or university majoring in agriculture.
Applications for the 2027 Missouri Corn Scholarship Program will be available online on or before Dec. 15, 2026. Learn more about Missouri Corn by visiting https://www.mocorn.org.
