MADISON, Wis. - Attorney General Josh Kaul on Thursday announced that criminal charges have been filed by the Wisconsin Department of Justice (DOJ) against a Milwaukee woman for allegedly submitting more than $1 million in fraudulent claims to the Wisconsin Medicaid program.
