Notice of Electric Reliability Organization Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that the Railbelt Reliability Council (RRC) filed TE14-9001, seeking to amend its tariff to include definitions for terms used repeatedly in its reliability standards. Additionally, the RRC requests a waiver of the requirements at 3 AAC 46.410(a)(8)(A), (9), and (10), which require reliability standard filings to include penalty matrices and address compliance. The statutory notice period for TE14-9001 ends July 13, 2026.
This notice does not contain all requested revisions, and the Commission may approve a rate or classification which varies from that proposed by the RRC.
