Gov. Rhoden Signs Infrastructure Bills into Law
PIERRE, S.D. - Today, Governor Larry Rhoden signed several bills to strengthen South Dakota's infrastructure. This includes SB 75, a request of the Governor's Resilience and Infrastructure Task Force (GRIT), which allows rural water and sanitary sewer districts to participate in the state's cybersecurity services initiative.
"Strong, resilient infrastructure is a key part of national security, our state's next big industry," said Governor Larry Rhoden. "By taking action today, we are safeguarding our communities and ensuring South Dakota's future remains strong, safe, and resilient for generations to come."
