A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Toledo Bend Division Office at 450 Spur 135 Burkeville, TX, 75932 on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. to make certain that the scope of work is fully understood. All interested parties are requested to attend.
Sealed bids for the construction of the Project will ONLY be received electronically at www.CivcastUSA.com by September 03, 2026, at 2:00 pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read at the Sabine River Authority's General Office, 12777 TX-87 Orange, TX 77632.
