Orrick Advises Carlyle on Unitranche Financing for Argon & Co.

Orrick has advised Carlyle's Global Credit platform on a €180 million financing package for Argon & Co., a French operational consulting group jointly owned by Ardian and Bridgepoint.

THE IMPACT

The unitranche financing primarily supported Bridgepoint's acquisition of a stake in Argon. The transaction will also enable the Argon to pursue its external growth strategy and strengthen its position in the operations strategy and transformation market, notably through the acquisition of German consulting firm Advyce & Company GmbH.
